Hey! I’m Jaleesa, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the founder of Abs For Breakfast! My journey as a personal trainer, combined with my experience managing my own health after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, has fueled my passion for helping women prioritize their well-being—both physically and mentally. This gym is a reflection of that journey and a place where we can build a supportive, uplifting community together. I’m all about the power of a good sweat and creating a lifestyle centered on self-love and confidence.

I created Abs For Breakfast to help women achieve their goals which became my driving force. I am here to make fitness fun, inspiring, and empowering. Whether we’re crushing goals together or celebrating your wins, I’m by your side every step of the way.
